Enbridge Energy Partners CEO Patrick Daniel was on hand working to take Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm and EPA representatives in a helicopter to see the damage the Michigan oil spill originating in Marshall has caused.
Daniel says the crude oil has only reached 16 miles downstream, however Granholm refutes that point and demanded that Daniel take EPA representatives up in the helicopter before dark Tuesday evening.
Daniel came out of the Calhoun County Courthouse on Michigan in Battle Creek to speak with reporters from Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids and Detroit Tuesday evening around 8:30PM before the Governor came out of her meeting with the EPA.
