Phil Spector has settled a wrongful death lawsuit brought by the mother of the woman he was convicted of murdering. According to the Los Angeles Times , the terms of the settlement are confidential.
The settlement was announced Friday, nine years to the day Lana Clarkson was fatally shot at Spector's California mansion. The music producer is serving 19 years to life in prison on a second-degree murder conviction.
