DETROIT (WKZO) -- Online security provider Norton and Sperling's Best Places ranks Detroit the nation's safest city when it comes to cyber security. The evaluation took into account the number of computers and mobile devices, unsecured Wi-Fi hot spots and social networking use. The riskiest cyber city is Washington, D.C.
