DETROIT, Mich (WLMI)  A Lions fan accused of threatening to blow up the Superdome during Detroit's playoff loss to the New Orleans Saints earlier this month will face charges.  34-year-old Shawn Payton of Jackson appeared in federal court in Detroit yesterday afternoon.  He is accused of calling the football stadium twice during the game and threatened to blow up the building.  Payton admitted to making the calls but told FBI agents he never meant any harm.  He was released on bond and ordered to appear in a Louisiana federal court February 14th.
